Hidden City Home on Cartama: Highlighting Lifestyle by Stadler & Spring Branch TX

It's not every day you get the chance to share a hidden gem of a home that's on a street that literally means "hidden city," that just so happens to be in your very own back yard. Perhaps, impossible to be more fitting, this Lifestyle by Stadler home is now ready for its new owners to uncover the style of life they've been searching for.

Let me tell you a real estate story... better yet, let me paint a picturesque vision for you:

It's Saturday morning and you wake to the sun softly pouring in through the nearly half-dozen large windows in your bedroom. It's now time to put the coffee on, so you can take in the layered, rolling hill country views from your kitchen that you can hardly believe is your very own. As that first sip hits just right, you curl up on the sofa near the corner fireplace for some leisurely reading and to plan the dinner party you'll host on your private back patio surrounded by the melody of songbirds and the massive oak trees they nest in. Groceries are delivered, so now you prepare the spread as you wait for your friends and family to arrive. They can't wait to spend precious time in the warm and inviting place you get to call home. You light your favorite candle as the doorbell rings and joyful chatter fills the air. Someone brought you fresh flowers and as they get arranged, you step away to take in this beautiful moment. Thankful to have a place you can show hospitality to those you love. As you return, you are just in time for the first of many toasts "to living a life well loved." Welcome to Cartama in Spring Branch. The hidden city that awaits your discovery.

And speaking of Spring Branch, here's a little something to know about the history of this somewhat secret hill country haven that I have the pleasure of calling my home.

A significant portion of Spring Branch that borders the Guadalupe River was first settled by a German native. Wikipedia

It's certainly worth mentioning that the brand that built the home featured in this post is Stadler. Stadler Custom Homes was founded by Ray Stadler in 1995. Can you guess the origin of his last name? Yep it's German: from a derivative of stadel 'barn, granary, storage building.' Dictionary.com

I doubt that it's by chance alone that 'Lifestyle by Stadler' has mastered the elevated version of a barn-style farmhouse home with all the modern luxuries of the twentieth century.

As a designer and realtor in relentless pursuit of creating vision for soulful living, it is my great pleasure to represent a company that pairs so well with my own personal brand and the Magnolia Realty name I share with my co-listing agent, Kali Measures -- who in fact, made the connection to Stadler, to create this beautiful collaboration as we help tell the story of their homes with interior design, using virtual staging, 3D renderings and much, much more.

Within a few seconds of meeting Ray Stadler, I instantly knew he was a visionary, full of passion to create, explore and pioneer. This inspired me and resonated with me.

It is my goal to help others buy and sell real estate by way of storytelling.

It is my hope, that this post has done a little bit of exactly that.
